Shipping policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 14:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

EUROPE DELIVERY:  2-3 business days 
UK DELIVERY: 2-3 business days
USA DELIVERY: 2-4 business days 
ROW DELIVERY: 6-15 business days 

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of Postnl. In general, the delivery will take place in about 3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 14 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 14 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
